Project: 2200 SABRATA & SURMAN HOUSING UNITS.

CLIENT: THE SAVING AND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT BANK

With a deep understanding of our client’s objectives, we designed and executed a tailored project plan that optimized efficiency and minimized waste through a computer-driven cost control system. Even though the number of construction companies acceded to twenty different entities, the result was a truly innovative, efficient, and sustainable engineering solution that set a new standard for success.

Project: TRIPOLI TOWER

CLIENT: THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND INVESTMENT (SSFI).

In collaboration with the client, we provided services to navigate the tendering process for this mega project, where HADATA CONSULTANTS handled the RFPs, preparation, format, conditions, and criteria, as well as, creating an electronic evaluation system for the purpose. Our comprehensive planning and strategic guidance secured the best possible outcomes, solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.

PROJECT: 872 ZAWARA HOUSING UNITS.

CLIENT: ORGANIZATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE CENTERS CONSULTANTS (ODAC).

The owner entrusted HADATA with the responsibility of determining whether to reactivate the project after many years of stoppage and opinions to demolish it because of apparent rust and cracks. HADATA made a comprehensive evaluation and analysis for soil and structure investigation involving boreholes, load testing, rebound hammer, and core samples, and eventually submitted a report describing the cases’ status and recommendations for treatment, which led to contacting HADATA to supervise the treatment with an extension to manage the continuation of project construction distributed between seven different construction companies. Our team expertly managed resources and maintained stringent quality control, resulting in a timely delivery that exceeded client expectations.

PROJECT: OMAR ALMUKHTAR ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER​

CLIENT: SABAQ REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT.

HADATA CONSULTANTS was the spearhead in conducting all technical tests and supervising the whole work activities at this project, constructed in the Capital heart on the main street of Tripoli, as well as, preparing the schedule & different reports, providing structure designs, workshop drawings, specifications, contract management and A comprehensive decision-making support. Furthermore, our engineers played a major part in the quality assurance/quality control, evaluating & recommending samples of all materials and fittings used. The outcome was spectacular.

PROJECT: ALHARSHA COMPLETE CITY OF 3000 HOUSING UNITS PLUS AMENITIES.

CLIENT: ORGANIZATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE CENTERS CONSULTANTS (ODAC).

HADATA was contracted to act as the main consultant for this enormous project to supervise the execution phase conducted by a reputable international construction company. The enormity of this project stems from the fact it’s not only the construction of 3000 housing units, but extends to include schools, commercial areas, playgrounds, a police station, a mosque, and a wastewater treatment plant, in addition to the infrastructure network, roads, and landscaping. The HADATA team had to revise the design, recalculate the cut and fill, and produce suggestions for the owner. The consultancy encompassed quality assurance/quality control procedures, safeguarding the adherence to specifications, cost control, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

PROJECT: DESIGNING THE ABOSSORA COMPREHENSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS.

CLIENT: THE HOUSING AND INFRASTRUCTURE BOARD (HIB)

HADATA CONSULTANTS was contracted to undertake the responsibility of designing in detail this complex project which encompassed the incorporation of many disciplines, the participation of local establishments, and the collaboration with different authorities and public service companies associated with drinking water, sewage treatment, telecommunication, electricity, and gas. The project involved land surveying, soil analysis, collection of data & statistics, and diversified computer programs for the calculation of flow & pipe diameters, manholes, and outlet points. However, despite the complexity of the project, HADATA was able to conclude it in a swift fashion and at a high level of professionalism.

PROJECT:ALSARRAJ SHOPPING MALL

CLIENT: THE NATIONAL INVESTMENT COMPANY (NIC)

HADATA, during the project, was legally acting as the main consultant and detected a grave fault related to the calculation of rebar related to the reinforcement of concrete structure in the design, which was provided by an international firm in addition to identifying many missing components and essential parts of the project. The findings were highly appreciated by the client, confirming our ability to dig deep into details and solid approach to leave no rocks unturned when it comes to functionality and safety.

PROJECT: SAWANI AND AMIRIA ROADS

CLIENT: THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC UTILITIES

Our team was the leading party in deciding on the appropriate hot mix design, compaction tests, and sieve analysis. Furthermore, the team was responsible for calculating traffic flow, expected loads, redesigning and supervising the execution of the road’s subbase, base course, MCO, binder course, RC2, and wearing/surface course, and to make sure that slopes, descents, and rise of roads are executed at precise millimeter level, to provide a smooth ride, and avoid rainwater accumulation on the new roads.

PROJECT: DESIGN OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND UTILITIES

CLIENT: THE MUNICIPALITY OF SURMAN

The HADATA team was the prime designer for several municipality buildings and public facilities that included a cultural center, the headquarters of a fire brigade station, a public library, and other administrative amenities. Moreover, the project entailed plans, drawings, bill of quantities, and specifications. During the process of design engagement, the team had to meet and communicate with the client at every step of the design development, to provide options, and advice, intending to maintain concurrence and satisfaction.
